I called on a Thursday to schedule an appointment to have my vehicle detailed, he said to call back Monday when he was next to his calendar. I called back on Tuesday, he was able to schedule me for May 22, at 10am. When I arrived at 945, there was some random Dude saying he wasn’t here, try and give him a call. I waited until 1025, tried calling him numerous times and left a message. Stay away!! I did not even mention I had Groupon, it sounds like he won’t honor them. But that’s probably not true, just a poorly ran business

I bought an $80 groupon for interior and exterior detailing on January 13th and booked my appointment for January 21st at 10:30am. I drove 55 mins to my appointment and got there at 10:20am and no one was at the garage. I called the owner 6+ times and banged on the door, no response. At 10:50, he finally responds saying he can’t do my detail today.
