The Doctor is great but trying to get someone on the phone ... GOOD LUCK! I have been calling for the last 3 days- spent over 30-40 minutes on waiting and I end up hanging up. Not sure how we can make a follow up appointment with the Doctor if no one wants to answer the phone calls.

Dr Daniels is great. He will spend time and listen. The office staff is good but the last time, a front desk woman was training a new front desk person and she had no patience with her and was loud and vocal about it that I heard and noticed. I almost said "maybe you need to retire.
Immediately after my endoscopy procedure I started sneezing and my nose started running continuously. I called his number to complain about it and he did not call back instead a nurse or receptionist called me and told me it is the change of weather. I insisted that it is not and I think it is the oxygen Cannula. (I read about the side effect).
