Negative 5 stars!!! Terrible experience, after the procedure I was left with a belly button hernia. In addition, the staff has no idea how to bill the insurance company correctly. Been fighting with their billing department for over a year now. Staff is rude and really don’t care. I would highly recommend seeing another doctor.
Please take these reviews seriously and find a different gastroenterology office. Would give 0 stars after such a terrible experience. I chose to change to a different office after having some issues with office staff and being billed for a procedure that was covered by insurance and not receiving a refund for over 6 months. When I asked to have my records sent to a different office I was first told it would be no problem, but then they were never sent.
