My husband and I are due for our colonoscopies so we were looking up Dr. Goran's /GI Consultants phone number. We were shocked at the negative reviews. We have had many interactions with Dr. Goran and his staff from us personally and with numerous family members. Dr. Goran and his staff have always been the consummate professionals and extremely friendly. We have always commented to ourselves it flows from the top down. Dr. Goran is a kind and compassionate man and hires staff that emulates his personality.
I couldn't disagree with the first reviewer more. I thought Stephanie was wonderful. She listened to every concern I had, ordered appropriate testing and made me feel extremely comfortable in an uncomfortabel situation. Highly recommend this office.
I would NOT recommend GI Consultants. You will never see the Dr., haven't seen him in years - every appointment will be with a nurse practitioner. The office staff are very rude, unhelpful and frankly incompetent. Their mode of operation is to hold medication hostage to force excessive office visits, lab tests and expensive procedures annually - It would be one thing if you felt it was necessary for your care, rather it feels like you're being fleeced.
