From a 2:30pm appt they were delayed until about 5:30. Didn’t even introduce themselves, still don’t know their names. Super rushed, didn’t even put my furniture back. I picked up all the rugs myself and cleaned the floors to help them in the prep. I can’t only say all bad things because it was a difference to my grout but they were so in a rush since it was like 6:30-7 by the time they finished they didn’t put anything back.
