I wouldn't trust these people to put air in my bicycle tires! My brothers car was in there Eleven days for overheating. Finally got it back, still runs hot, after $560! These people are not mechanics! They are not even capable of doing anything!

I love G&H. Today I went in for a low tire pressure sensor that came on. Within minutes I was told my car was ready. Everyone who works here is so kind and they truly care about their customers. I am so appreciative!
Horrible customer service. Kept my VW for 5 days and charged me hundreds of dollars for spark plugs that did nothing. They had no idea what was wrong with my car so they guessed. Finally got it towed to VW dealership today and they gave me a free diagnostic (usually $110) due to the horror of working with these people. They were concerned about the plugs they installed so I’ll update as soon as they give me a verdict on wtf is actually wrong with it.
Wouldn’t trust my car to any other company.
Very fair prices and quick service. Great place for anyone in the Havelock area.
