I am here to back up the review left a few days ago about staff speaking poorly about customers in Spanish. I was there at the time and it was extremely disappointing to see the staff react defensively instead of just apologize after being called out. While I was satisfied with how my nails turned out, my overall experience was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. While my friend and I were receiving our services, the technicians began making negative comments about my friend’s weight, as well as remarks about an odor coming from her foot. They did amazing on my nails and were very patient. However, be prepared for a lot of extra charges at the end. Got a fill with some relatively simple designs and was rang up to $94 without tip.

Alondra was my tech and she was absolutely incredible!! She was friendly, engaging and made my dream nails come to life beautifully! Vivian and Lala were my friends techs and they were great as well! Everyone was so friendly. Definitely will be back! Best experience getting a mani pedi ever!
