I recently had my heater repaired, and the whole experience went very well. The team worked on my heating system carefully and made sure everything was handled the right way from start to finish. They went above and beyond to help with my warranty so I could get reimbursed afterward, which was a huge help. Even though the repair process took some extra effort on their side, they stayed professional the entire time and explained the heater service clearly. Then our furnace suddenly failed on a Wednesday night. There was a loud boom, a whining sound, and even some smoke, so we knew we needed fast heater service right a... read more
The technician arrived at our home in Baltimore for a semi-annual HVAC maintenance visit. He started by checking the outdoor AC condenser, then inspected the indoor air handler and whole-home humidifier. He was very polite, quiet, and respectful of our home. i cannot remember his name, but the service was excellent. After the inspection, he explained that the heating and cooling system was operating well overall, and the only item needing attention was the humidifier cartridge, which was ordered for replacement soon. On anot... read more
