Prices are very reasonable. Yes he can be grouchy at times but I don't go to him for great customer service I go to get my boat fixed and back on the water. He's always treated me fair in price and service.
Rudest, nastiest, miserable old man that runs this place. Was with husband to drop off boat and meanwhile he's not just degrading bit crucifying his employee for making a simple mistake or moving too slow. I don't know what this man's home life is like but he either needs a vacation or to throw in the towel and retire already
So I call this guy and gave him a run down on what's going on with my boat. He asked me if I cleaned the carburetor. I told him yes. Then he tells me "Good luck I don't wanna fool with it". Then he just hangs up on me. Phone call lasted less than a minute. Really guy? This place had the best reviews, and that phone call made me feel like anything above carburetors is out of their league.
