This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Very poor customer service. Routinely missed dates they were expected to mow the lawn, and when I would call to complain, I was given new and different excuses each time. The first time was they would be out by Monday at the latest. They did not show up until the following Saturday. After the second time they missed, I was told that we only agreed to 4 mowings a month, so any month where there were 5 weeks, they would skip one.
