Great place to order custom rings Always fair prices on coins and jewelry
Came in for a simple necklace repair: clasp replacement and a minor pendant fix. Was told it would take minutes. Two business days later, it still hadn't been touched. When I followed up, the goldsmith quoted me a different price than the one she'd given me upfront. When I asked for clarification, her response was "ok fine, whatever." The staff up front were nice, but the person actually handling your jewelry? Not so much. If your time and your pieces matter to you, go somewhere else.
Stacked silver from these folks for years. I called about buyback on a few items from them and was refused. Jammed up refiners is the excuse. Very disappointing ethical breakdown.
