Was missing a diamond in my cross pendant that I purchased from another jeweller. G&G welcomed me with open arms and replaced it for me no problem. Turnaround time was on point and price is unmatched. Too quality service.

I go here regularly. The same warm experience is felt each time I visit for a purchase. Good prices for instant settlement transactions. I highly recommend you make it in there to have a look.
DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH VALUABLE ITEMS! They ruined my $600+ custom engagement ring and they didn’t care at all. No refund, no reimbursement, no fixing. Lied and said they’d cover HALF the cost and now they are dodging calls. Turns out I can’t even get it fixed because it was custom made! They should be paying the full price for a ring they ruined and refunding the money I paid on a service I didn’t get. Awful customer service and unprofessional. Heartbroken about my ring and no apology given. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
