Asked for a stone to be replaced in a ring because it looked damaged. Worker said it's fine, and we asked for it to at least be tightened since the stone was about to fall out. Got it back as well as a few other pieces being repaired, one other ring resized, and it's extremely small now, and the envelope says 3 3/4 leading me to believe they mistakenly downsized the ring. Prices are too high ask for a refund of the purchase that was bought they want to give store credit, the necklaces in there break so easy everything in there is overpriced the people working there are so rude I don’t recommend you go there to buy anything
