I was really impressed when we first visited. It seemed like a very nice place, and they said they could make our custom engagement ring. The price and quality seemed very competitive. I was also shown a picture of a ring that they said “they” had made, which left me with the impression that their custom jewelry was made in house. I had a six and a half week timeline in which I needed the ring. I was told on the phone that four weeks was a safe estimate, allowing some buffer. They were great to deal with: I was welcomed with a smile, everyone was friendly, the service was very efficient, and the cost extremely fair. They kept it simple but effective.
