Braiding hair good, they have some good products and nice people but my recent experience with what is suppose to be 100% human kinky twist hair. The hair felt rough and itchy. I didn't like the look.
They need someone who actually knows about wig installs to help with selling wigs. I felt uncomfortable buying an expensive wig from there because the person helping me seemed as if she did not know about wig installation when it comes to afro American hair. Not trying to be unfair but it wouldn't hurt to have an afro American in there helping since I'm pretty sure they shop there the most.
I went there looking for a ponytail piece I've never worn before the male I believe owner was so knowledgeable and very helpful in finding me the best piece for me. Thank You so much
