The Valdosta G & G medical used to be awesome. My daughter was running a 100 degree fever and we were told to wait until tomorrow. There were no walk ins. We've been going to G and G medical since 2011. They have been bought by big corporate and are now owned by south georgia medical. New owners, new policies, and horrible customer service. We changed providers immediately. If you are military in any way, stay away from this place. What used to be 10 stars is now negative 5 stars. Big money talks and the care disappears. Dr. Garcia and the np are great!! Staff is always courteous and professional! I have even used them on a walk -in basis and I got in at a timely manner....they have a lab on site to draw your blood and other lab work....so you don't have too go anywhere else....which makes this convient!!!!

I wish I could leave zero stars. Didn't even want to see me as a new patient before deciding that they could not "help me". I needed a PCM to handle my yearly checkups, colds, flu, immunizations etc. The things you have a PCM for! If you can't handle being that kind of practice why are you still even in business or even practicing?! Not to mention the actual Dr. I was assigned to wasn't even the one that refused care.
