I really appreciated their friendly, professional demeanor. My whirlpool washer was giving me an error code, so I called G&G to take a look at it. They were able to get it working by unplugging it and plugging it back in. They spent about an hour troubleshooting, and I was more than willing to pay them for the time; but, they told me they didn't want to charge me since they hadn't done any work to the machine itself.
