We lived in both Clifton and Hyde Park buildings over several years. Nothing fancy, just nice, clean, well maintained apartments with good locations and priced competitively. Always had good neighbors, and management/maintenance are super responsive with little turnover in their people. Highly recommend.

I currently rent with the Gerdsen Company and have since Sept. 2018. It's a simple, no frills apartment that is well maintained and secure. Many of my neighbors are students from India and China who leave the most delicious aromas drifting through the halls. Maintenance is responsive and extremely professional.

Nice apartements, managment is great! Always helpful, ready to asnwer questions, and seem to geinuinly care that renters are treated fairly. Have had repares made 2-3 days after requesting them which seemd pretty quick. Overall amazing.

When I moved to Cincinnati to attend graduate school at UC, I know I made the right choice for residency during my time there. First, the assistance of Matt and Brendan in the front office made me feel safe and were always welcoming to make my experience better. Second, in terms of location, Ludlow Ave (around the corner) featured hang out spots, restaurants and a quick walk to UC. Although you are near the school, you are far enough removed from students.
