I am a victim with the same problem with the other reviewer. They came check my ice machine, said nothing wrong, went out the car for a while a wrote a paper with no cost no amount and didn’t say anything. After that they charged me for 300$. This company is a scam.
They came to my restaurant—supposedly to fix the freezer—but the only thing they did was unplug it and leave the doors open. They never actually fixed anything, yet they sent me a bill for $325 just for unplugging a cord and doing absolutely nothing else. I do not recommend them; they will take your money and fix nothing.
worst experience ever, these guys are too arrogant, they claim to have visited my location and then when i asked for the quote, they kept saying tomorrow, the day after and eventually said they dont want to work, wasted 7 days with the follow ups!! Don't bother calling, they are a total waste
