I wouldn’t even give them one star. I took my van to G&G Auto because it was making a noise. The issue turned out to be a spark plug that had come loose on its own — a fairly specific and known issue in Ford vans. Instead of properly diagnosing the problem, the owner pressured me into changing all the spark plugs, despite my clear objections. They hide the parts prices they order. Make sure the parts you paid for are being installed. These guys will always give you the wrong diagnosis to charge you exorbitant prices.This place is only worth going for oil changes. Other than that, their main mechanic is always out to scam you. He will try his best to charge you more than 400$ every time. Little kids are working in the back with zero customer service. They tried to charge me $ 800 while the maintenance needed to get done was 300$.

Too Much Bad service crispy onion, and spicy cheese missing
