Excellent repairs & actually fair prices! I’ve been a couple times now, and they do great work at an actually affordable, non-predatory price. I respect that immensely, and appreciate them as a fixture of our community more than I can say. They’ve saved me from being overcharged thousands of dollars at this point, when I compare their prices to others’! FYI if you tip, they only take tips in cash! I didn't realize this so I couldn't tip the first time I came.
Some of the most honest and hard working people I have met in Massachusetts. Great service and the owner is straightforward. Realistically prices at that.
Good service .. very satisfied
Terrible service. They charge for services they don't provide, and when you complain, they're rude and even try to humiliate you. Very unprofessional; they won't even refund my money. Irresponsible.
