We had an excellent experience with G&G - they were able to come to our home the day after I called and immediately diagnoed and fixed several issues that another company had missed. Hans was great to work with, calling after the work was complete to check on the status of the heat, etc. Highly recommend!
These guys are great. Was referred by someone at work who has been using this company for decades. I just had a Daikin mini split system installed, 2 heat pumps and 5 air handlers. Great work, professional install. These guys know what they’re doing. Family owned business. Hans was here every day for work along with Stevie and Danny. All very polite, friendly, and professional. Hans and his crew did a wonderful job for us in replacing our outdoor a/c unit and coil ! They arrived within a week after ordering the units and completed the job in 5 hrs! They were tidy and removed all debris from our old unit! We couldn’t be happier. On top of their excellence they are very reasonable! Highly recommend G& G !! Thank you!!!
We were having a few issues with the cooling in our house...I tried calling a couple of HVAC service companies in the area - most were a few weeks out but did manage to book an appointment with one for a few days later. Although on time, the technician clearly was super young and didn't seem entirely sure what the problem was. I'd unfortunately "need a follow up appointment to run some further tests..." Nope! Our AC started acting up on Tuesday, so we called to see if they could come for a repair and were told it would be Friday before anyone could come. Understandable, but as the heat got intense it wasn't possible for us to wait that long as we have a small child who was miserable... so we found someone else to come in the meantime.
