I just want to thanks this guys honestly outstanding customer service took my q3 this morning about vibration they balance the wheels for me and they did checked the car even the boss drive the car himself in a motorway to find the problem and they didn’t even charged me but I think mechanic issue he advised me hopefully get sorted soon I really appreciate it god bless you all thanks

Didn't have the best experience but they did an okay job at what i wanted
Went in as my plate had a screw shear off so was about to lose it, the nice uncle in there got it sorted and handed me my keys. I said uncle I still need to pay and he wouldn’t accept any money no matter what I said stating it’s only a screw. It was a nice gesture and they spent 20 minutes on it. So they deffo deserve this review, nice to see kind people still out there like this uncle.
