Deceptive, unknowledgeable salesmen. I don't think a single thing I was told was actually true. I was told the redline on the z400 was 15k when it's definitely "only" 12k, they were wrong about the tire pressure telling me that it's 36/40 front/rear when it's actually 28/32 psi, and my bike doesn't require premium like they said it would. I was also lied to when I asked about if registration costs were included in the OTD price, something I clarified multiple times, until they had me in the office signing papers.
