Best Gym in Miami Springs area. I’ve been part of the GFive family for 5+ years.
Trainers are excellent. Great facility. I’ve done the group and individual personal training sessions. The attention to detail and level of care have enabled me to reach my goals safely and given me the confidence I needed to push myself without getting injured. The sessions are lots of fun. It’s not your typical gym….it’s a hidden gem in the heart of Miami.
Absolutely excellent family-run, family-owned gym experience. Will and his trainers have treated me like family over many years of consistency and times of personal challenges. G-Five'a program is centered around your goals, and getting you there. Well worth the time and the energy, if you do your part, they will set you up for success.
