Avoid this company like the plague, G-Five was pretty good before they were taken over by Xerox. Their technicians are often overbooked and their attitude shows they don't get much recognition or support from the company. If I could rate our sales rep "Coburn Gardner" with a zero, I most definitely would. I have worked with many print partners over the years and he is worthless. I give oversight to a local church and inherited a copier contract with G5. To say the service has been awful would be a more positive claim than it should be. If I could give it no starts then I would. We were subbed out a machine that doesn't work, the technicians have consistently been unhelpful and recently we had a significant repair need on the machine and the service calls have simply gone unanswered.
