Nothing but lies. The technician who helped me was lovely and helpful, but the company never gave me a bill, and instead just charged my card $150 for some advice. When I called to inquire about the situation I was told that the technician had removed a baffle (he pulled out a piece of pvc pipe), and that not sending a bill was common billing practice for G&F. Horrible experience made s lot of promises took 11,000 walked off the job . I was left with A home in my back yard . He disappeared would not take my calls . Have to take him to court . It's criminal left me without septic or water .
