After another firm declined to represent me because of a conflict, we found attorney Ryan Springer at Eric Nielson and associates. He was able to settle our case for a good amount and helped take care of our outstanding medical bills. He was kind, professional and intelligent. My family and I are not from Utah. While traveling through Utah, my father was in an accident that required medical attention. He was taken to a Utah hospital for treatment, but he did not receive the care that he needed. Attorney Ryan Springer at the Eric Nielson law firm was very helpful and courteous through the whole process. Ryan and Eric obtained a good result for our family, and we appreciate all the hard work that the lawyers and staff put into our case.

Very rude, didn't listen. Ignorant/Unknowledgeable regarding Social Work ethics and legal issues. Abruptly made a case determination with this ignorance and lack of knowledge. Health Care and Medical Malpractice are two very different things. Please know Social Workers can be sued too. In hospitals, it's the Social Worker who the Dr.s and RN's get non-medical information from. Soc. Wrks, LCSW's act on their own licenses for standard of care and the NASW code of ethics and can be sued too. Get the Soc.Wrk. Notes as well. They... read more
