Very rude, didn't listen. Ignorant/Unknowledgeable regarding Social Work ethics and legal issues. Abruptly made a case determination with this ignorance and lack of knowledge. Health Care and Medical Malpractice are two very different things. Please know Social Workers can be sued too. In hospitals, it's the Social Worker who the Dr.s and RN's get non-medical information from. Soc.
