I had an excellent experience with G&E. I was in a tough spot while traveling, and they got my Tesla in immediately so I could get back on the road and finish the rest of my trip with peace of mind to DC. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what needed to be done without trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. The fastest tire shop I've ever been too. Amazing people.
I blew a tire on 85, around 11pm. Got towed here. Couldn't get an Uber to a hotel, so I had to sit in the parking lot til morning. They open early (7am). A man with a jack (6:45ish) came out to greet me before I even realized anyone was there! Had me out the door at 7:04! They were more concerned about getting me back on the road than even I seemed to be at that point! This is the place to go, folks!
Went to 2 other places with no luck before stopping here for an inspection. Although they were busy, they handled my inspection quickly and efficiently. They also were courteous and had a clean waiting area. I recommend them and will return in the future.
Made amiable amends with regards a large truck wheel/tire issue experienced, a couple of states out. Service could be described as polite & attentive. Enduring & complete. Pricing in comparison to competitors" maintained superior savings value & high probability of repeat business.
