Job done finally but poor communication and 12 days after completing the job they didn't remove yet (after loads of calls and email sent to the G.E.S head office) the scaffolding from my property. Embarrassing...
I was contacted by G.E.S. for a Solar Panel installation via the MCS website after requesting quotes from local companies. I was extremely impressed by the knowledge of the salesperson who came round for a quote. Communication broke down on the installation day in mid June when I was assured everything would be done and dusted on a single day (minus a battery install due to supply issues). Arranged an appointment, they did not turn up and did not return calls. Took day off to wait in. Would not recommend at all.
