I reached out to GE after one of my sons AC units was not working properly. A technician came out and told us we would need to replace the entire unit. I got a second opinion from another shop nearby who came out and replaced the part for less than $240. I feel completely taken advantage of by GE and would not recommend anyone hire people that work like this.
