I placed an order on 27 October 2025 and had a very disappointing experience with this business. No confirmation email or tracking was sent. I called, texted, and emailed multiple times with no response. On 3 November I asked for delivery confirmation, and on 15 November I sent another urgent email as my wedding was only weeks away. Still, no reply. Believing I had been scammed, I ordered elsewhere and lodged a dispute with my bank. Only after this did the seller email me, apologising and saying they had been in hospital. I placed an order 4 weeks ago and have been trying to get an update of ETA. Unable to contact company via email or phone. Have left multiple messages. Terrible communication and probably will never receive my order. I expect that I have been scammed. Shame on you GE Designs!
Definitely not up to the same standard as a few years ago. It took a couple of contacts to confirm order and had to have it couriered, at GE Designs cost, to get to me on time. Once arrived it was missing part of the order. Delivered too late to fix in time for event. Won't be using again.
