Absolute garbage. I have been waiting over two months for my $1300 washer and dryer combo to be fixed. The first technician to visit my home lied to my face and left me with a fire hazard in my home. He told me it was NOT the machine that was broken, it was instead the electric in my home. I say thank you, gave him a great review and called an electrician. Electrician comes out and examines my entire house, everything is working fine. So we open the back panel to my washer and it's literally charred black wires in my washer.... read more
