I'm so glad I called them. I was taken care of properly.
Washer wasn't working. Washer repair man came over and started a wash cycle - washer started randomly working - he didn't even do anything to fix it. He then acted like something else was wrong with it and started turning knobs. He tried to charge me $300.00. We only paid him $97 for the visit out after we called him out on his scam (even though $97 is a scam fyi). He wasn't at our house for more than 4 or 5 minutes. Worst service ever. SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!
