The dentist seems very friendly! Too bad the receptionist ruined the experience by refusing to give a copy of my own x-ray. Apparently, she believes patients do not even have the right to own copy of their own record! Had to lodge a complaint to make them aware of Health Records Act 2001. Later they claimed wanted original record not the copy! Why at that stage playing with words rather than admitting!
I needed a temporary job to last for 3 months. A crown fell off. He did the job quickly for $175. Unfortunately it fell off again in 9 days. A return visit would have cost more money. No guarantee or warranty??
Sensational walked in unannounced on a Saturday never been before in major pain. Lady at reception found a way to get me in. Had not slept all night and by that afternoon my issue was fixed. Could not be happier with service of the staff I changed dentist same day highly recommend you try.
