Food was as always, great. The biggest problem is the way the place is laid out. The entrances are on both sides of the building which are at the ends of the space in front of the counter. The condiment station is precariously set at one end and becomes an area of congestion and hazards. There's not a big enough place to put more than one tray. Oh…..where do I even begin. My server, Josiah, yes Josiah, was the absolute best server in my 26 professional years of food tasting experience. He has perfected his craft of serving, to the point where I felt like I was a king in Ancient Greece being praised by his peasant servant. His immaculate kindness, serving skills, and professionalism was outstanding. Give TS man a raise!!! He did NOT pmo!!!
