I messed up one of my brakes installing it myself and they were able to accommodate me last minute and got my brakes fixed within an hour. I definitely appreciated their customer service and they offer snacks while you wait.
Honestly I was recommended by my local AutoZone store manager. I needed a place to get my oil changed. And he was less than 6 miles away from me. I decided to take a drive that evening just to see the location, when I pulled up he was there getting ready to shut down for the night. It was about 6:00 p.m. . I told him what I wanted to do, and even though he was about to close he decided to take my car in and he did my oil change, topped off my fluids for free, and we had an amazing conversation in the process.
