I had a transmission issue on the 6th of November and had my car towed here, the repair was completely covered so I wasn't worried. They told me that they would call me when the parts came in. It's been over a month now and they never called and seemed annoyed when I expressed frustration over the amount of time it was taking. G Customs Autowork did a great job performing warranty maintenance repair & replacement of the transmission and emission system of our Honda Odyssey minivan. They were strong advocates for us with the warranty company and made sure that everything we needed repaired was covered and fixed. Although we did have to take our van back once when we kept getting the engine warning light, and sometimes the repairs took longer than expected, overall they did a quality job and I would strongly recommend them to anyone else looking for... read more
They lost my part 3 times. Hold my car in for a day and didn’t do nothing to it until the next day. terrible service not worth the time and money. Siana whatever you spell the lady name she the lady that picks up the phone everytime and had a rude attitude and unprofessional towards me because they lost my part and wanted to hold my car for a day because they want to be lazy and not do there job. They also have a dog that barks non stop so don’t recommend sitting in the waiting room.
Gerald and Corey always do an amazing job for me. They are so great to work with. I also like how they work with my schedule. Sonya and D the are excellent and very professional up front. If you have not taking your vehicle here when it gets sick. What is taking you so long. They are very honest and upfront. They even call and check on you a week later to see if all is well. Thank you G Customs for all your hard work!
