Gary is an amazing koi guru. I'm using the x210.0 alpha nano and it works great!
These are by far and away the Best Filtration systems for Koi Ponds on the market. We use these on as many ponds as possible. I cannot recommend them enough and will continue to use these products for as long as i am able. Customer service is also too notch and any questions or issues i have are answered and taken care of immediately.
All I can tell you I have had a Koi pond for over 20 years. Their equipment is by far the best I’ve ever used. The quality and the stainless steel they use is unsurpassed in the industry.
Everything was fine for years until 2022 when i needed an o ring replacement and the guy hung up on me everytime i called. All i wanted was an o ring or just let me know you're not in business anymore and what size ring i would need to find would have been more than enough but to have your phone lines still up and running then when customers call for advice to click hang up on them is pure disrespect and unprofessional
