Samuel Song has made several unnecessary and hurtful comments to me regarding weight gain, rather than trying to explain to me the importance of maintaining a healthy weight in a respectful way. I would often leave my appointments crying, frustrated by his informal and condescending tone. 1년여전 쯤에 아이때문에 방문할일이 있어서 테네시 블루크로스블루쉴드 보험이라 적용 되는지 물어보려고 전화 드렸는데 된다고 해서 방문했습니다. (도착해서도 물어보고 확인봤음, 혹시나 테네시라서 안될까봐) 코페이까지 끝나고 진료를 친절히 잘 받고 돌아왔는데 전화가 왔네요. 보험이 안된다고 돈내라고 전화 왔네요. 혹시 몰라서 그렇게 재차 확인했는데 이제와서는 일반적으로는 거기 보험이 네이션 와이드라서 되는데 본인게 안되는건 본인 책임이라고 마구 쏴붙이는데 머리 끝까지 화가 나네요.

I love Dr Song and all his office staff. He always takes his time to explain everything and listen to all concerns, his nurses are amazing at handling my child and the receptionist there is always so happy and welcoming. My son loves them and I love them, wouldn't take my child anywhere else
