Extremely unprofessional service. The reception staff appeared disorganised and repeatedly provided incorrect information regarding whether parts had arrived and whether my car was ready for repairs. When I first brought the car in, I was told the repair would take 1 week, even though from the beginning the staff member assessing the vehicle had stated it would take 10 business days. Extremely unprofessional services. The receptionists are clueless and providing wrong information as to where parts are received or car is ready for repairs.
