Didn't you know that Kia Dewberry is a bad investment. She has committed crimes with other similar businesses only to run them into the ground. E.g. money tree. Fred meyer, safeway.. really?
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you hire them to clean your carpet, they will leave it in worse condition than they started and then lie to your face about it. Going to the management/owners has no effect whatsoever as they believe their staff over their customers. When I insisted that they either complete the job to my satisfaction or give me a refund they essentially laughed in my face (in actuality they used profanity that I shouldn't repeat here) and then hung up on me.
