I contacted G. Brooke's electric for the initial purpose of setting up temporary electrical service. They assembled a custom power pole for our needs, explained the entire process of installing. Communication was clear. The entire process was smooth
Have a new to us house in Kingsford, Had 60 amp service, we called G Brooks to give us an estimate on an update on the service.They sent 2 of their electricians out to look at the house that same day. The awesome crew took pics of the old system, which was not close to code, they said for the size of the house 100 amp would be sufficient, they had an opening the next week, did the relocation of power, put new panel in and had the inspector come out the next day. Short and sweet. I called. Travis was sent over within 20 minutes. He needed to replace the main breaker - he had the panel open, diagnosed, and a gameplan within 5 minutes of arriving. Travis got the parts he needed at their office, was back, and had the part replaced... ...all within literally about 40 minutes. I cannot highly recommend them enough. (And give that guy a raise! He was Jonny on the Spot!)
They were out quickly, diagnosed the the issues we were having & got us taken care of! Super friendly & though! Highly recommend.
Life saver, literally. My landlord sent a different company here first (MJ) who did nothing to find what was causing switch to keep flipping in breaker box and other things. G Brooks employee removed the panel to look at wiring and couple were loose, one barely touched came off. I feel much safer now. I know more needs to be done, but I had to get a lawyer to make landlord send somebody here again just for that.
