Justin was awesome to deal with! He helped me from start to finish in finding the perfect machine. He even went above and beyond by mailing me a brand-new winch controller at no cost to me after discovering that my used machine didn’t come with one. Thanks so much, Justin, for the excellent service and for going the extra mile! I really appreciate it!
The lads pulled a last minute tire change for me on a multi-week road trip. They let me post up and dry my gear too. Super accommodating, definitely 5 stars.
Had a wonderful experience today! Jacques is a great guy to deal with!
I was passing through town on a return trip from PEI, with more than another thousand miles to go on my bike. I was really in need of a front tire. The Gb team pylled out all the stops to help. From the parts department searching connexes in the back lot, to the service manager and getting me an immediately filing lunch and out within a half an hour. Thank you so much incredibly grateful to find such service while on the road in an unfamiliar town
