Not sure who answered the phone but customer service skills are above importance in today's economy. Called to get a quote on a tire and was placed on hold no problem there but apparently they hung up on me with no call back... Guess I'll take my business elsewhere..
Leticia was straight forward and nice. Price quoted on phone for my used tire was what she advised. They don't try to take advantage of you and treat everyone fairly. Carlos was my tech who put tire on. He was fast and efficient. This is my new spot for service from now on. Thank you Leticia and Carlos. 😀
They where a life saver very friendly and reasonable price and very helpful also quick service and hospitality was top tier
