I called and left a voicemail a week ago with my contact info and a description the job I was requesting. No response. I went with a different company that actually answered the phone and treated me like my business was important.
Apparently $600.00 for 4 hours of labor with two plumbers is standard charge with this business. Folks, that’s $75 per hour. A plumber making 156k a year in DELCO?! I guess I got into the wrong business. *note: this was a 5 star review before I was grossly overcharged. He’s a nice fella, and knowledgeable, but that doesn’t match the ticket price. I’ll be hiring another plumber for future projects.
Doesn’t return calls. Bad service.
Stay far away from this contractor. I called him to winterize my house and it all went smoothly but he underestimated all the costs and it wound up costing 1.5x the price. Here comes the kicker though, he told me that he guaranteed there would be no leaks or problems and if there were he would cover all costs for repairs. Unfortunately this july he opened the house for me, turned on all the water, etc but didn't stick around to see if there were any problems.
