I recently had GBT fabricate a counter top for my overland trailer. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with their work. It came out beautiful. The front office staff was over the top nice and accommodating to my rather unusual request. Everyone there was extremely nice and professional. The counter came out better than I expected considering what I asked them to do. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.
GBT Sheet Metal provided excellent service when we recently had them complete two jobs for us. We had purchased an overhead cooktop vent and the 2 shrouds needed to be resized. Secondly, we needed a chimney vent cover adapted to fit our chimney. They completed both jobs beautifully and quickly. Their front office person Jenna is very responsive and easy to work with. It's heartening to see a local business providing excellent service all around.
Have had a frustrating experience with them. TLDR is had them install 2 downspouts for me, and none were done correct/well. To their credit, I did call them back to correct one downspout and they showed concern and did make it right. The other downspout was installed out of plumb. See pictures. There is nothing obstructing install (the shed wall to the right of the downspout was not there at time of install) and it should be done plumb.
