I had a terrible experience with GBT Rain Gutters. The installation was sloppy, they left debris all over my yard, and it took way longer than they promised. When I called to ask about the issues, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable gutter work.
They tried to upcharge me for an upcoming estimate they made me! They are also super unprofessional and the gutter they installed for me broke down because of the recent storm and now i have to repair it all myself WOW! They also do not offer warranty with repairs so please do not hire them i have had a horrible experience with them
I recently had GBT fabricate a counter top for my overland trailer. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with their work. It came out beautiful. The front office staff was over the top nice and accommodating to my rather unusual request. Everyone there was extremely nice and professional. The counter came out better than I expected considering what I asked them to do. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.
GBT Sheet Metal provided excellent service when we recently had them complete two jobs for us. We had purchased an overhead cooktop vent and the 2 shrouds needed to be resized. Secondly, we needed a chimney vent cover adapted to fit our chimney. They completed both jobs beautifully and quickly. Their front office person Jenna is very responsive and easy to work with. It's heartening to see a local business providing excellent service all around.
