Had some bonnet dents fixed here. My main dealer wanted nearly £3k to replace the bonnet. GBF did a brilliant job of repaing the bonnet for well under £1k and the repair is undetectable. Would definitely use again.
Excellent. Rachel really helped organise things like my MOT after repair so I can use my car and John was really friendly when picking up my car and dropping off the courtesy car and vice versa
High quality workmanship and high quality staff. My main contact was Tony Fearon who was worth his weight in gold. Initially, I was not entirely satisfied with the work for reasons outside of GB Flint's initial remit. When I brought this to Tony's attention, I was expecting to be fobbed off but far from it, Tony listened to my concerns, GB Flint investigated it, there and then and Tony gave me a plan of action which would require my insurance company's approval. Absolutely stonkingly BRILLIANT. Long Eaton used to be the home of a world-famous motorcycle repair and custom paint shop. They are still there, but now I wouldn't trust them to paint my wheelbarrow. So I took my dented custom motorcycle tank to Flints, on the off-chance they might be able to help. I was worried about it because it's a one-off and would have needed to be sent to Australia if it needed to be repainted, but I didn't need to worry.
