Excellent repair job done on the car but also really helpful friendly staff - from keeping us informed about the process and how long it would take to helping us out when we had issues with the courtesy car company! Cheryl in particular is an absolute star!

We’ve used G&B twice in the last 3 years now, and I’m amazed at how easily such a stressful event can be managed. They’re obviously very experienced with operating procedures, as well as in the workshop. Communication and guidance through the whole 3rd party claim process is very good.
