Suzie was absolutely the best and so helpful with consulting me over the phone! I had cracked my passenger side view mirror, but everywhere else I called said I would need to replace the entire mirror not just the glass even though that was the only part that broke (and therefore would be a lot more expensive than necessary). I wasn’t able to make it by the shop for Suzie and her team to take a look for a quote, so instead she had me send her pictures of the damage and took my car info and was able to order the replacement g... read more
