Honestly is very tough out there trying to look for a good practitioners, we as parents need to understand that Doctors are not magicians either, and yeah some times they seem to be very busy, we all have kids and no kid should matter more than others, on my experience with Orfanos I been having the best experience so far, and Dr.Randy always clarify any concerns we have.

I do not recommend this pediatric office at all. My daughter is a pending Medicaid patient, which means under Medicaid guidelines she cannot be charged while waiting for her Medicaid number. I confirmed directly with Medicaid that it can take up to three months to receive her own Medicaid number, and this is written in their guidelines. Despite this, the office refused to schedule her appointment and tried to charge me. When I called the Edinburg office to escalate, I asked to speak with a manager. Ive brought my kids here for a while, and I’ve never had a complaint. My son is starting his first day of school I took my three kids, was told he didn’t need vaccines while the other two did. First day of school, he gets denied due to his vaccines not being up-to-date. He was missing not one not two but six vaccines. I don’t understand how an oversight like that can happen when I specifically told them I hadn’t had insurance or Medicaid for them so I needed to get caught up.
