If I could, I'd give 7/5 stars, seriously. When you have so many options for a mechanic (especially in hillsboro) it's hard to know if you're being swindled or getting genuine service. When going into G&D and speaking to Shiv, I didn't have to wonder whether or not these were qualified, talented, attentive, passionate professionals. I'm taking 3 stars off for the following reasons: -1 Star for not returning my car in timely fashion: once due to a technician getting in late/starting late. They had me drop off my car for diagnostics/check on warranty of previous repairs at 9am called at 4pm and they had not completed diagnostics. They called me again 10 min until 6 pm when they close told me the quote and said the soonest I would be able to get my car was tomorrow when they open at 9am. The guys there are super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with their services. Went in for an alignment after having nothing but problems getting my gmc 2500 to drive straight and they knew exactly what to do. I couldn't be happier with the work.
