What conditions do youtreat?
Dr. West was great. Very professional but down to earth when discussing procedures etc. Highly recommend him.
Very poor customer service. Front office personnel always keeps their window closed - - a glass window where they cannot see who is in the waiting room. They also have a sign that states to sign in - but do not knock on the window. However, I had office visits in which I was on time yet no one checked the window until after the office visit time was to begin. Had a 12 noon office visit, arrived about 5 minutes before the office visit but I had to knock on the window at 12: 09pm!!! Finally the PA came in around 12:25 pm to gi... read more
Dr. West is a very personable amazing surgeon with years of experience behind him. I consulted two other surgeons before going with Dr. West. He was very patient and was truly concerned about MY lifestyle and didn’t rush into or use a scare tactic as others into surgery! I am 4 days post op and feel amazing!!! I was in the medical field for 25 years and HIGHLY recommend this Neurosurgeon!!!
Appointment was 1:30. It is now 2:50 pm and haven’t seen the doctor. Two other people had 1:30 appointments. why triple book paints to sit in the waiting room???? This is completely disrespectful of patient’s time. I saw four people in white coats, why not have patients see another doctor while he is with other patients? 4:34pm the conclusion after sitting for over 2.5 and not seeing the dr west I give zero stars.
