Great service and always cordial. I called on a holiday weekend to leave a message and Wayne answered the phone as he was “passing through” the office. A hidden gem of a business hidden away. My 78 Chevy pickup was wandering and needed aligned. They did a fabulous job.
Had him do the top end on my 2015 Chevy. Every other time I start it, burns oil and consumes it way more. Wayne laughed in my face, said I needed a new engine and should just sell the POS. Over paid for him. Ignored my calls on purpose, and starts issues as well. His Master Tech is amazing and wanted to work on it, but Wayne kept cutting him off.
Over the 24 years I've lived in the LCV I've taken many cars to G&A. Never have I had a bad experience nor have I ever had to bring my car back to re-fix a problem. Wayne has always been the person I trust the most. No other auto repair service can compare. I'm a customer for life. Thank you Wayne and your crew for excellent service throughout the years.
